Juventus have embarked on a search for a new central defender for La Liga and one man on their radar is Sevilla’s Tanguy Nianzou.
The Bianconeri have been rebuilding their squad in recent weeks and a number of players have joined them since Max Allegri returned as club manager.
They will continue to back the manager to build another strong team at the Allianz Stadium and that means more players could join again when this season is over.
Nianzou has done well at Sevilla this season after joining Bayern Munich in the summer.
Juve believe he has the potential to be a key centre-back for them in the long term.
A report on Tuttomercatoweb reveals that they have a keen interest in him and hope to follow his signing when this season ends.
Juve FC says
At 20 years old, Nianzou is already one of the best defenders in LaLiga and he will come to Juve with a lot of experience if we add him to our squad.
However, Sevilla are known for demanding large transfer fees from clubs before selling any of their best players.
Having just signed him, they will want a lot of money to deprive themselves of his services.
It will be interesting to see if Andrea Agnelli will approve a big money offer for his signature.
