No agreement with Real Madrid for Manchester United target Endrick – Man United News And Transfer News

Manchester United are still in the running to sign Brazilian wunderkind Endrick, according to the player’s father. The Palmeiras prodigy was thought to have been close to a deal with La Liga giants Real Madrid on a transfer.

However, Douglas, Endrick’s father, has quashed those rumors.

“Nothing has been decided for Real Madrid or for any other club,” he said. “We still don’t have a preference.”

The Wonderkid’s entourage is looking for a company that appeals to Endrick’s ambitions and wants to see the player’s club compensated fairly.

“We decided in the next few months, the club that will pay what Palmeiras wants and show us the best technical project for Endrick, will sign the boy.”

Endrick is believed to have a release clause in the range of €60m and any club serious about signing him is likely to have to pay that figure in full.

While that may seem excessive for a player just 16 years old, the Brazilian is widely regarded as the best young talent in world football.

A host of Europe’s top clubs have been linked with Endrick and, as The Peoples Person reported, Manchester United have “stepped up” their own interest.

While the competition is fierce, the news that Real Madrid are not as close as previously thought will be a boon for the Red Devils.

United are in a time of transition under Erik ten Hag and may be wary of spending what would be a large part of their transfer budget on a developing player.

However, given the success of the likes of Neymar and Vinicius Junior in similar circumstances, Endrick could be a bet worth waiting for. United Matchday Magazine – Stay on top of all things red! Take a seat for the Aston Villa game and join the debate on United’s hottest topics!
