Dani Alves talks about the understanding of Kylian Mbappé
Former Brazilian international Dani Alves believes that Kylian Mbappé still doesn’t understand that Lionel Messi and Neymar are bigger players than him. He urged the Frenchman to make the most of their time together.
Speaking to the media, he said (via Reuters): “Kylian Mbappé is a phenomenon who still hasn’t understood that those who play with him in attack are more of a phenomenon than him.
Neymar and Messi are unique: they see and do things that nobody else sees or can do. A great player must know and understand who he plays with, your teammates enrich your qualities”.
Dani Alves was part of the PSG squad for two seasons between 2017 and 2019. He played 48 league games during his time at the Parque de los Príncipes, scoring two goals. The Brazilian helped the Parisians win two Ligue 1 titles, one Coupe de France, one Coupe da Ligue and two Trophee des Champions.
Manchester United target Kylian Mbappé as Cristiano Ronaldo’s replacement
According to Mail Sport, Manchester United are exploring the possibility of signing Kylian Mbappé as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.
They are willing to pay a transfer fee of close to £150m to sign the France international. Trusted transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano claimed in October that Kylian Mbappe wants to move away from Parc des Princes. It is likely that he will decide his future after the current FIFA World Cup.
The Red Devils terminated Ronaldo’s contract earlier this week following his controversial interview with Piers Morgan. Ronaldo openly criticized the Red Devils board and coach Erik ten Hag in his interview.
